Production process

Product name	White primed wooden moulding
Characteristics	Primed and ready to paint. Easily work for machining, cutting and drilling.
Surface finishing	hite gesso and water-based primer is applied, coating is applied equally on all sides with strong adhesion to the wood substrate. Product to be sanded, and buffed to remove surface imperfections and to insure smooth surfaces.

Glue and gesso and primer	Environmentally-friendly. Waterproof glue and gesso and primer are applied if required.
Moisture content	Kiln dried to a moisture content of 8%-12%.
Gesso thickness	Less than 0.3mm.
Dimension and tolerance	Customized size and profile. (Tolerance is +/-0.8mm)
